Want to get help with UT’s Brain Awareness Campaign?
There are many ways to get involved. The Brain Awareness Campaign is a collaborative and wholly inclusive effort to reach out to students, faculty, professionals and the community. Regardless of your station or field of expertise, your help is always needed and welcomed. See below for why it is important that YOU help spread the word about psychological and neurological health efforts and research at UT, in Knoxville and in East Tennessee.
Are you a local business or non-profit?
We are actively looking for sponsors for our events – for both this and future years. Every little bit helps, even if just by joining our advertising plan (see HERE! or for more information, email us at BrainAwareness@utk.edu). You can sponsor a single event or the campaign as a whole. We also accept monetary donations, of which 100% go to funding the efforts to put together this campaign! These monies support advertising, room reservations, food for events, lodging and travel for our guest speakers, and more! See our donate page for more information.

Are you a student or a student organization?
Networking, professional development, lines on your curriculum vita… you name it! In addition to reaching the UT and Knoxville communities, you too can engage in one of the best avenues for service and development here at UT. Everything from simply handing out fliers to organizing and sponsoring events, your involvement with The Brain Awareness Campaign can help you and us! You do not have to be a psychology or neuroscience student to get involved either. Many of our volunteer partners have no connection to brain research… and that’s the beauty of it! By connecting with other disciplines, we are able to extend our reach and diversify our approach! After all – we use our brains for everything that we do!
